Great news, we've extended our returns policy on gift purchases until 31st January 2020 so you can return or exchange unwanted presents. That's one less thing to fret over this Christmas.
Please don't worry that your pack-slip returns by date is only 14 days from you purchase date - any product purchased as a gift between 21st November and 23rd December you have until 31st January 2020 to return your products under our extended Christmas Guarantee.

Refunds & Returns Policy
If an item is damaged/faulty and returned to us within 14 days of receipt, we will issue a full refund for the item. Please contact us as soon as you have noticed the fault via email at firstname.lastname@example.org with a photo of the item and your invoice so we can assist you further.
We accept returns for unwanted items within 14 days of receipt. All returned items must be unworn and in their original condition. Failure to do this may result in us being unable to refund you and we may have to send the item back to you. Please note original postage costs are non refundable.
In the interests of hygiene refunds/returns cannot be accepted for any pierced products or pierced products that are part of a set and all Make Up.
Should you be unhappy with any aspect of your purchase you must inform us immediately upon receipt by email at email@example.com or by telephone 0203 137 6925 stating the problem.
