Returns Policy

Returning an item.

We accept the return of all damaged or faulty items only if they are returned and in their original packaging and condition within 14 days of receipt. Under these circumstances we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item. You will be liable for the cost of the postage to return the goods; this does not affect your statutory rights. Please print a Returns form and fill it in according to the item(s) you are returning.  If you are in need of a Returns form please CLICK HERE. If you are unable to print a returns form please enclose a copy of your order invoice supplied with the order and state on it that you would like a refund/credit/exchange.

Should you be unhappy with any aspect of your purchase you must inform us immediately upon receipt by email or by telephone stating the problem.

Refunds or exchanges will only be given after the returned item has been received and inspected. Goods must be returned by a recorded service to ensure that they are received. If you chose not send the item by recorded delivery we cannot guarantee they will be received.

Any returns outside this timescale will be returned back to you or issued with a credit note, unless there are exceptional circumstances and are at Lemonade’s discretion.

For health and safety reasons no returns are accepted for any pierced products or pierced products that are part of a set or eye and lip glitter make up.

Home items

Damages must be reported within 24 hours of receipt. Items must be inspected and signed for only if you are happy to keep them.

Refunds can take up to 14 days to process.

Please note deposits are non-refundable. 

We regret we are unable to accept returns for bespoke or special order items (e.g. crystal shoes) and bespoke orders made to your specific requirements. If an item is faulty we will offer an exchange for the same item. Any deposits paid are non refundable. Ex display items are non - refundable but we can offer credit or exchange. Any items returned for a size exchange are free of charge however if a refund is required once a second item has been sent there will be a 15% restocking fee.



Please note that there is a restocking fee (20% ) which can be charged at Lemonades discretion for returned items.

Wholesale/trade orders are considered final sale.

We do not accept returns of unwanted items. We are happy to supply a credit note in exchange for an item/s not wanted within 7 days of you receiving the item/s.
For any damaged or faulty items if they are returned within 7 working days and in their original packaging and condition. We will exchange them. You will be responsible for the cost of the postage to return the goods.

Please note, we reserve the right to charge a re-stocking fee on cancellation/exchanges (up to 20%)


All cancellations must be in writing and emailed to or sent to the address above.
