Important Delivery Notes

We are unable to change your delivery address once an order has been dispatched, so please ensure your address is correct before confirming your order or checking your order confirmation email.

If an order has already been dispatched and the delivery details are incorrect, we are unable to contact Royal Mail. We will need to wait for the order to be returned to us and will then contact you if you have requested for it to be resent.

We aim to meet the delivery times shown above, but during busy periods, postal or carrier delays, extreme weather conditions, sale periods or occasional technical system updates, delivery may take a little longer.

UK Bank Holidays and weekends are not classified as working days.
