How to Return an Item

How to return to us:

 

Step One: Fill out the returns form on the back of your invoice stating the reason for your return. Please make sure this is put back in the parcel so we know it’s from you. 

 

Step Two: Repack your items securely – Remember taping the shoe box and putting a label on it is not classed as ‘Secure’!

 

Step Three: Click on this link to download your returns label https://www.royalmail.com/track-my-return#/details/2883 – If you don’t have a printer, don’t worry - you will also be sent a QR code. (Please note: £3.99 will be deducted from your refund for using this service).

 

Step Four: Take your parcel to your local post office & make sure to keep your proof of postage – this is your insurance on your parcel. 

 

Step Five: Sit back and relax, we will keep you updated via email on every step of the processing journey!

 

If you wish to use your own method of postage, that is absolutely fine – just remember it is your responsibility to ensure that your parcel gets back to us so please retain your proof of postage. Please also ensure that all paperwork is put back in the parcel so we can identify that the return is yours. You can send all returns to the below address:
