Love Lemonade Returns & Refunds Policy
We want you to love your purchase—but if something’s not quite right, here’s how we handle returns and refunds.
Returns
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return an item for a refund. If any items are returned outside of this time frame store credit will be provided.

To qualify for a refund, your item must meet the following conditions:
- Unworn and unused, in the same condition as received
- Returned in its original packaging, including the outer protective parcel (not just the shoebox)
- Tried on indoors only, on clean surfaces
- Accompanied by your proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)
Please note:
- Items returned outside of the 14 days will be given as credit,Items showing signs of wear will be returned to you and not refunded
- Returns sent in only the shoe box (without outer packaging) may be damaged in transit. If this happens, we’ll deduct £2 to cover replacement packaging
- If items arrive in poor condition due to improper packaging, we may reject the return and send it back to you
Refunds
Once your return arrives at our warehouse, we’ll inspect it and notify you. If approved:
- Your refund will be issued to your original payment method
- Refunds are processed within 14 days of receipt
- Delivery charges are non-refundable
Exchanges
We no longer offer direct exchanges.
If you’d like a different size or colour:
- Please place a new order
- Write your new order number on the back of your return form to waive the £3.99 return label fee
Failed Deliveries ("Bounce Backs")
If your parcel is returned to us because:
- Incorrect address details
- You refused the parcel
- You did not collect or rearrange delivery
We’ll deduct:
- The original delivery cost
- A £2.50 handling fee (charged to us by Royal Mail)
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item is faulty or damaged:
- Contact us within 30 days of delivery at [email protected]
- Include a photo of the fault and your order number
- Items must be returned in original packaging and condition
We’ll offer a refund or credit at our discretion if returned outside the 30-day window.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and customisation reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Pierced jewellery
- Beauty products
- Personalised or bespoke items, unless faulty
Final Notes
If you’re unhappy with any part of your order, please email us at [email protected] within 48 hours of receiving your item so we can help.
Returned items that are worn and refused again by the customer will be donated to charity.
