Love Lemonade Returns & Refunds Policy for Freemans Customers
We want you to love your purchase—but if something’s not quite right, here’s how we handle returns and refunds.

You can return items for FREE within 28 days of delivery for a full refund. If you're not happy with your purchase, please arrange your return within 14 days of delivery to ensure it satisfies our returns policy. Your return can be started using your account.
Alternatively you can use this method:
Step One: Fill out the returns form on the bottom of your invoice stating the reason for your return – Make sure this is put back in the parcel so we know it’s from you! If you have misplaced your invoice please click here for a replacement: Replacement Invoice
Step Two: Repack your items securely – Remember taping the shoe box and putting a label on it is not classed as ‘Secure’!
Step Three: Click on this link to download your returns label https://www.royalmail.com/track-my-return#/details/2883 – If you don’t have a printer don’t worry you will also be sent a QR code.
Step Four: Take your parcel to your local post office & make sure to keep your proof of postage – this is your insurance on your parcel!
Step Five: Sit back and relax, we will keep you updated via email on every step of the processing journey!
If you wish to use your own method of postage that is absolutely fine – just remember it is your responsibility to ensure that your parcel gets back to us so please retain your proof of postage, please also ensure that all paperwork it put back in the parcel so we know its yours.
