* How do I use my credit?

In order to use your credit please login to your online Lemonade account. Once you have added your items to the basket, click checkout and proceed to payment by card, your credit will then be deducted from the total at checkout. Please note that our system does not allow you to use your credit if paying by PayPal.

* How long is delivery ?

We use a tracked 48 service as standard. Please note Royal Mail do not fully guarantee this will be delivered within 48 hours but they do their best to attempt to. If you have paid for next day delivery providing the item is not a pre order item you will receive your item the next day. We attempt to process orders within 2-3 days however please note that during busy periods order processing time can be longer. if your parcel is not received within 72 hours after the despatch email please contact us.

Please note delivery for large home items are booked with a specialist courier. Once your order is ready to be despatched you will be contacted by the courier company to arrange a suitable day and time for delivery. Furniture items have a lead time between 2 and 6 weeks.

* How do I return an item?

Please print off a returns form, or enclose your invoice in with the order. You must return your item via a tracked/recorded service to ensure that we receive this. Any items with no proof or postage that are lost will not be covered Lemonade. Please send to the below address:

* What if my item doesn't fit and I need another size

As we can not guarantee we will have your size in stock to exchange by the time your returned item reaches us due to such high demand we do not offer exchanges.  We recommend that you make another purchase for the correct size you need and return the wrong size for a refund.
