Saturday Delivery - Royal Mail Guaranteed to arrive before 1pm - £6.99
We aim to despatch orders on the same day that you order (if before 3pm) however during busier periods this may extend to 3-5 working day despatch time. Please also check product information/description as some items e.g. home items have a longer delivery time, or orders that are on a waiting list. You will receive an email once your order has been dispatched.
We have an International delivery service on most items excluding furniture and other large items. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes which are applied when it reaches the delivery destination. Please note that We have no control over these charges and We cannot predict their amount. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes.
We are unable to change your delivery address once an order has been despatched so please ensure that you check your address before confirming your order
We aim to meet these delivery times but please note during busy periods, postal/carrier delays, extreme weather conditions or the odd occasion we have technical system updates this can take a little longer.

Home Large Items
All Large Home items are sent via a fragile handling courier service that collect twice per month from us, once the item is collected they aim to contact you within 3-5 working days in regards to a delivery date/time, please ensure when placing the order that a Mobile number is the main point of contact and that all details are correct.
You are welcome to collect items from us via your own courier or yourself.
Once the courier has contacted you to arrange a time/date for delivery this is unable to be ammended - charges may incur. Lemonade are not accountable for this
