Europe and Southern Ireland is charged from £12.95
Worldwide Delivery to any country not stated above is charged from £19.95
We use Royal Mail Tracked delivery for the majority of our web orders. All orders are normally dispatched to the delivery address that you supply within 3 working days of receipt. Please note that cost of international postage might change for bigger parcels as it depends on weight
If an item is temporarily unavailable for any reason, for example Press Coverage you will be notified and offered a refund or exchange or advised of the estimated dispatch date. Your credit card is debited when placing your order. Please note the delivery times for the below items:
"Couture Collection Shoes" these are made to order and are estimated to take 4-8 weeks, although please note due to large demands they can take considerably longer, please contact us if you need them for a certain date as we carry stock of some sizes and colours.
For Trade orders we offer 2 days' delivery with Royal Mail Tracked Special charged at £7.95 (plus VAT). Please note during exhibitions and busy periods there may be a delay of a further 2 days to dispatch orders. Custom made items such as shoes can take longer please read product description before ordering.
UK Mainland buyers should receive your order within 1-3 days (excluding Bank Holidays)
Northern Ireland orders take 2 - 3 days with extra charge.
Certain areas of the UK are not guaranteed next day delivery.
Please note in some cases it may take up to 7 days in the hands of Royal Mail

Home Large Items
All Large Home items are sent via a fragile handling courier service that collect twice per month from us, once the item is collected they aim to contact you within 3-5 workign days in regards to a delivery date/time, please ensure when placing the order that a Mobile number is the main point of contact and that all details are correct.
You are welcome to collect items from us via your own courier or yourself.
The above prices cover Royal Mail Track service and packaging for each item.
