EXTENDED CHRISTMAS RETURNS

Orders placed on or after the 21st November 2022 are covered in our Extended Returns Christmas Policy and will be eligible for a refund until the 9th January 2023.
  
Please ensure that you return your orders so they are received back before the 9th January 2023. If your item is received after this date you will not be covered, but we can honour an online voucher for the price you purchased or return the order to  you. Orders placed before the 21st November 2022 will be covered under our standard returns policy of 14 days from the delivery date.

We are unable to change your delivery address once an order has been dispatched so please ensure that you check your address before confirming your order.

We aim to meet these delivery times but please note during busy periods, postal/carrier delays, extreme weather conditions or the odd occasion we have technical system updates this can take a little longer.

UK Bank holidays and weekends are not classified as working days.

If your product is damaged in transit, please contact us immediately at sales@lovelemonade.com  we will give you advise on what to do.

 

PREMIER DELIVERY

 

WHAT'S INCLUDED?

Premier Delivery costs just £9.95 and includes free standard delivery for a whole year with no minimum spend!  

Good to know 

·      Premier Delivery is valid on the order you purchase it on and can take up to 24 hours to be activated against your account. You'll receive an email once it's active.

·      If you place multiple orders on the same day using a Premier Delivery subscription, your orders may be shipped in one parcel.  You'll be able to see whether they've been shipped together if the tracking information for each of the orders you've placed is the same.

·      When it's time to renew your Premier Delivery, we'll be in touch via email to let you know your subscription is coming to an end.  

One last thing...

Premier Delivery is for personal use only. You can order as many times as you want, but it's subject to a fair use policy - just to make sure people are not taking advantage of this great proposition, which may include making excessive use of, or placing unusual burdens on, the service (e.g., ordering and/or returning items beyond what would reasonably be expected of someone using the service for personal use).

*We aim to meet these delivery times but during busy periods (including sale) deliveries may take a little longer. Occasionally tech updates to our systems or force majeure events, such as extreme weather conditions, will mean that these delivery services aren’t available, or that order cut-off times need amending and/or delivery times need to be extended. However, we will always work hard to keep these temporary changes to a minimum. Lemonade cannot be held liable for any parcels that are lost or stolen as a result of any specific delivery instructions left for the carrier.

Cancellation

We hope you're happy with your Premier Delivery subscription, but if you haven't used it within the first 14 days after purchase, you can cancel it in accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 and we'll refund you the full amount. 

Get in touch with our Customer Care team and we'll cancel it for you.  

If you've had Premier Delivery for more than 14 days, we won't be able to offer you a refund, as per the Ts&Cs of the service.
