We’re looking for an experienced Ecommerce Manager to oversee our online sales channels and optimise our digital presence. They will be responsible for the overall performance of our online store, from driving traffic, ensuring it converts, and growing revenue and profitability. We’ve ambitious sales targets, and this role needs to own and develop our marketing channels in order for us to hit them.
We’re looking for a motivated and organised marketing professional who knows the right levers to pull to drive performance and can work both independently and collaboratively.
You will be responsible for all of our marketing activity, and ensuring performance helps us meet our goals. This is a wide and varied role, but will require you to:
Develop and implement ecommerce strategies that align with the brand's goals and drive online sales growth
Analyse performance using Google Analytics and our performance marketing channels to drive sales performance and identify areas for growth
Work with the business owner and wider team to devise and execute digital marketing campaigns which drive revenue and help grow the Lemonade brand
Manage the product catalogue, ensuring accurate, up to date information that presents our range in an attractive and compelling manner
Manage relationships with agencies and other suppliers
Ensure a strong, on-brand user experience on the site
Build a marketing team around you to help with campaign activation
Be an ear to the ground for customer service, managing online reviews, feedback, and social media in some instances
Stay on top of industry and our customer trends, and take a proactive approach to owning our entire marketing mix
3+ years of experience managing an ecommerce brand, preferably in womenswear, either in-house or at an agency
A deep understanding of ecommerce, and multiple performance marketing channels including PPC, SEO, email, and paid social
A broad understanding of Google’s core tools (Analytics, Search Console, etc.)
An understanding of the Visualsoft and Shopify platforms would be beneficial
Strong project management skills, with an ability to manage multiple projects
Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders as well as communicate with developers and junior staff
Experience managing a team is preferable
An interest in, or understanding of our product range and our customers
Passion for fashion and knowledge of the women's fashion industry
