UK STANDARD DELIVERY 

If you choose to have your goods delivered by UK Standard Delivery, we aim to deliver your goods within 5 working days. Delivery is Monday to Saturday (excluding bank holidays).It is charged at £3.99 and delivered via Royal Mail Tracked 48. However please be sure to check delivery times for individual items as these may vary due to popular demand or if an item is on pre order. Europe and Southern Ireland is charged from £9.95 Worldwide Delivery to any country not stated above is charged from £9.95.

 

1. LEMONADE RETURNS POLICY

 

If you are a customer in the European Economic Area (EEA), you have 14 days to cancel your order if you have changed your mind. The 14 days cancellation period starts from the day your order is delivered.  Find out how to return your item(s) at number 4.

If you receive faulty goods, you have a right to return these goods and to ask us to repair / replace or get a refund

2. FAULTY GOODS

 

 

If you receive an item that’s not in perfect condition please email us at sales@lovelemonade.com.

So that we can get this sorted out for you as quickly as possible, when you contact us please include the following information;

  • Order number - e.g. WEB275377
  • Your name
  • Product name and code
  • Picture of the fault
  • Description of the fault

(The product name and code can be found on your order confirmation email).

 

 

3. CANCELLING A CONTRACT UNDER THE CONSUMER CONTRACTS REGULATIONS

If you’re a customer in the EEA, you get 14 days to cancel your contract with us

This two week period starts from the day after you receive your order. You’ll need to write to us with notice of your cancellation via email or you can write to us at Lemonade, Unit 3, Park Industrial Estate, St Albans, AL2 2DR.

If you’re cancelling your contract with us after you have received your order, you’ll need to return the item(s) to us using THESE STEPS. You`ll then receive a full refund as per our policy.

Please note, we cannot offer refunds on beauty items and pierced jewellery where the packaging has been opened.

Once received all returns are quality checked, your items should be returned in a new and unused condition and sent back in the original packaging. Refunds will not be given if they do not comply with our returns policy

 

4. UK CUSTOMERS ONLY - HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM & HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

Lemonade returns are easy!

1. Re-pack your item(s) in the original packaging, or in a secure, waterproof package with labels and tags still attached.

2. Cover your original address label with the Lemonade returns label found in your order, or if you do not have this please email us at sales@lovelemonade.com and we will send you another one for you to print off. We will deduct £2.95 from your refund for the use of this label. 

3. Take your package to the post Office. Please ensure you get proof of postage. Please don’t post your package through the post box without getting proof of postage.  Make sure you keep it safe in case you need to use this as evidence of your return

5. HOME ITEMS

Items must be inspected before signing. Please do not sign for your delivery if you have received a damage item, the courier company should take it away with them. Home items have a lead time of 2-8 weeks. Once your item is ready to be despatched our specialist courier company will contact you to arrange delivery on a date and time to suit you within 10 days.

6. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY RETURN?

It can take up to 14 days from the date of your return for your parcel to be delivered back to our warehouse and processed.

On receiving your return the next step is for us to check the item(s). Once our checks are complete we’ll refund back to your payment method. The funds should appear on your bank statement in up to 7 working days (how long depends on your card issuer). If you paid for your order with a gift voucher or store credit, this will be credited back to your Lemonade account.

We’ll make sure to keep you in the loop and send you an email when we have processed your refund.

If your return has not been credited within 14 days of sending your parcel to us, please email us with yourproof of postage receipt. We will then process an investigation on your behalf and get back to you within 7 working days.

7. CAN I HAVE AN EXCHANGE INSTEAD OF A REFUND?

Unfortunately we don’t offer an exchange facility as we can not guarantee we will have the stock due to such high demand. We recommend if you require another size that you purchase before you return the item to ensure the order is secured.  Simply return your item(s) by following these easy steps on the 'How do I return?' section and reorder for a replacement.
