Delivery options:

 

 

 

Free Delivery          - When you spend over £40 (this is not applicable to furniture or large home items)

 

Standard Delivery - Royal Mail Tracked 48 service which claim to deliver within 48 hours - £3.95

 

                                  (Northern Ireland can expect to take 2 - 4 working days) 

 

Next Working Day Delivery   - DPD - if ordered by 3pm Mon - Thursday - £5.99

 

                                  Next day service is available to most areas of the UK mainland

 

Saturday Delivery   - Royal Mail Guaranteed to arrive before 1pm - £6.99

 

 

 

We aim to dispatch orders on the same day that you order (if before 3pm) however during busier periods this may extend to 5 working day dispatch time. Please also check product information/description as some items e.g. home items have a longer delivery time, or orders that are on a waiting list. You will receive an email once your order has been dispatched.

 

 

 

International Delivery

 

We have an International delivery service on most items excluding furniture and other large items. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes which are applied when it reaches the delivery destination. Please note that We have no control over these charges and We cannot predict their amount. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes.

 

 

 

Please note:

 

 

 

·         We are unable to change your delivery address once an order has been dispatched so please ensure that you check your address before confirming your order.

 

 

 

·         We aim to meet these delivery times but please note during busy periods, postal/carrier delays, extreme weather conditions or the odd occasion we have technical system updates this can take a little longer.

 

 

 

·         UK Bank holidays and weekends are not classified as working days.

 

 

 

Refunds/Returns Policy

 

 

 

Returns

 

Please follow our step by step instructions below to create your return

 

1. Login to your Lemonade account

 

2. Go to 'My Order History'

 

3. Under 'Order Reference' please select relevant order number (e.g. WEB12345)

 

4. Select box next to item you wish to return and click 'Return Item(s)'

 

5. Select 'Reason for Returns' in drop down box and select 'Return'

 

6. You will receive an email with your returns form.

 

7. Please download and print the returns form and place inside your package.

If you have not enclosed a return form, we are unable to accept your return.  If you need help with a returns form, please contact us at sales@lovelemonade.com.

 

 

 

We accept the returns of damaged/faulty items only if they are returned in their original packaging and condition within 14 days of receipt.  Any returns outside this timescale will be returned to you or a credit will be issued to your Lemonade account at our discretion. However we do not accept any returns from our Imperfections Department. Imperfection items are non refundable and non returnable. 

 

 

 

If an item is damaged/faulty and returned to us within 14 days of receipt, we will issue a full refund for the item.  Please contact us as soon as you have noticed the fault via email at sales@lovelemonade.com with a photo of the item so we can assist you further. 

 

 

 

We accept returns for unwanted items within 14 days of receipt. All returned items must be unworn and in a suitable condition.  Failure to do this may result in us being unable to refund you and we may have to send the item back to you.

 

 

 

In the interests of hygiene refunds/returns are not accepted for any pierced products or pierced products that are part of a set and all Make Up

 

 

 

Should you be unhappy with any aspect of your purchase you must inform us immediately upon receipt by email at sales@lovelemonade.com or by telephone 0203 137 6925 stating the problem.

 

 

 

If you choose not to purchase a returns label from us we recommend when returning to use a recorded service to ensure that they are received. Please ensure that you keep a copy of your proof of postage that you are given by the post office. A great way to do this is by taking a photo.

Refunds

 

Refunds for unwanted / damaged items can take up to 10 days to process. Refunds will only be given after the returned item/s have been inspected. You will be refunded via your original method of payment. Please be aware that if you used your e wallet credit when placing your order and decide to return it you will be given the store credit back.

Our online ordering service is hosted on a secure-server, so you can be confident that when you send your details they will be held in a safe environment. Once your order has been processed the details are permanently removed from the website.
Lemonade is committed to protecting your privacy & security. We do not sell, rent or trade any personal information to any third party. Any information we obtain will always be used in compliance with all data protection. We follow strict security procedures in the storage and disclosure of information that you have given us.

Credit/Debit Cards

We accept most major credit and debit cards, including MasterCard, Visa, Switch, Solo and Delta. 

 

The company reserves the right to decline any order where there is a discrepancy in card details.
