Our online ordering service is hosted on a secure-server, so you can be confident that when you send your details they will be held in a safe environment. Once our order has been processed the details are permanently removed from the website.
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We only use the information we collect about you to process your orders and keep you up to date of new products and special promotions. We do not sell, trade or rent your personal information to others. We follow strict security procedures in the storage and disclosure of information that you have given us. Our security procedures mean that we may occasionally request proof of identity before we are able to disclose sensitive information to you.
Delivery Promise
All orders are normally despatched to the delivery address that you supply within 3 working days of receipt. If an item is temporarily unavailable for any reason or has a longer lead time, then you will be notified of the revised despatch date. Your credit card will be debited prior to despatch of your order. Please note during exhibtions there may be a delay of a further 2 days to send out orders.
Overseas Delivery
We now deliver to the UK and Europe. If you are not based in the the UK or Europe and would like to purchase our products, please get in touch with us sales@lovelemonade.com
Credit/Debit Cards
We accept most major credit and debit cards, including Mastercard, Visa, Switch, Solo and Delta. The company reserves the right to decline any order where there is a discrepency in card details.

Please allow 10 working days from receipt of your cheque before your order is despatched.
Due to the nature of our product range we are unable to guarantee the availability of products. If an item is no longer available, then you will be notified and given the opportunity to choose an alternative item or cancel your order for that item.
The price you pay is the price shown in the checkout section of our website at the time you place your order. If an error in pricing occurs, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option to reconfirm your order at the correct price or cancel it. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.
Returns (retail sales)
We accept the return of all damaged or faulty items only if they are returned within 7 working days and in their original packaging and condition. Under these circumstances we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item. You will be responsible for the cost of the postage to return the goods, This does not affect your statutory rights.
Refunds will only be given after the returned item has been received and inspected. Goods must be returned by a recorded service to ensure that they are received. If you chose not to we can not guarantee they will be received.
For health and safety reasons no returns are accepted for any pierced products or pierced products that are part of a jewellery set.
We regret we are unable to accept returns for bespoke or special order items (e.g. crystal shoes)
and bespoke orders made to your specific requirements unless deemed faulty.

Returns (Wholesale/Trade orders only)
Wholesale/trade orders are considered final sale.
We do not accept returns of unwanted items. We are happy to supply a credit note in exchange for an item/s not wanted within 7 days of you receiving the item/s.
For any damaged or faulty items if they are returned within 7 working days and in their original packaging and condition. We will exchange them. You will be responsible for the cost of the postage to return the goods.
Please note, we reserve the right to charge a re-stocking fee on cancellation/exchanges (up to 20%)

Lemonade cannot be held responsible for any errors or omissions contained within the website. If a product you have ordered has as incorrect price due to an error we have made, we will notify you before delivery and give you the option of cancelling or altering your order.
