All shoes are all made to order and take an estimated 4 - 6 weeks for delivery. Due to high demand and a large waiting list shoes may take longer than hoped in busy periods. Please contact us before purchasing for an estimated delivery date.

As a result, shoes are non refundable, but may be exchanged for another size, in which case there will be another wait for the new order.

We use Royal Mail Recorded signed for delivery for the majority of our web orders. All orders are normally despatched to the delivery address that you supply within 3 working days of receipt.  If an item is temporarily unavailable for any reason or has a longer lead time, then you will be notified of the revised despatch date. Your credit card will be debited prior to despatch of your order. For Trade orders we offer next day delivery with Interlink express. Please note during exhibitions and busy periods there may be a delay of a further 2 days to despatch orders.

UK Delivery

UK Mainland buyers should receive your order within 24 hours or 2-3 days depending on whether you are a retail or trade customer, the size of the order and the time the order is placed (excluding Bank Holidays)

Northern Ireland orders take 2 - 3 days with extra charge.

Small UK Mainland orders will take 1-3 days using Royal Mail 1st class recorded delivery

Bigger UK Mainland orders are delivered Next Day using an Express 24hour Delivery with Interlink.                     

If you are paying by cheque please allow 10 working days from receipt of your cheque before your order is despatched.

Certain areas of the UK are not guaranteed next day delivery.

International Delivery

We now deliver to the UK and Europe. If you are not based in the UK or Europe and would like to purchase our products, please get in touch with us sales@lovelemonade.com Your shipping costs will be displayed at checkout for the country you live in. International shipping is sent with Royal Mail, DPD Courier or Parcel force depending on the weight & destination of your order.
